Job Description

We are a busy and growing personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage litigation files, stay ahead of deadlines, and provide exceptional support throughout the life of a case.

Responsibilities Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other litigation documents. Prepare and respond to discovery, organize document production, and track deadlines. Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial schedules. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and case organization. Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, experts, medical providers, and court personnel. Review and organize medical records, billing, and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience preferred. Understanding of California civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements Experience managing litigation deadlines and supporting attorneys through trial preparation. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Casepeer, Outlook. Bi-lingual preferred Compensation Competitive salary based on experience.
