Full-time Description Our growing Orange County-based personal injury and product liability law firm is looking for a talented senior litigation paralegal who has experience managing and handling
PLAINTIFF
contingency cases. Employment or personal injury experience preferred. Strong litigation and trial preparation experience required. Must be a self-starter and be able to handle all aspects of a case from filing through trial. This talented paralegal will report directly to one of the trial partners. Candidates must have strong communication and writing skills. We are looking for a well-rounded self-starter who is looking for a home to grow in a high stakes environment with other high achievers.
Duties include:
Maintaining litigation files using cloud-based legal software Assisting with depositions, witness preparation, and research Prepare and handle all exhibits
Requirements Skills:
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail Ability to consistently meet performance goals and objectives Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills Experience utilizing technology and maintaining a paperless office Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities.
