GAO LAW P.C.
is looking for a passionate, professional, and reliable full-time Paralegal. The ideal candidate will be a bachelor degree graduate with a lot of business and immigration work experience who is able to work in San Diego. The main responsibilities of this position include drafting and preparing legal documents, communicating with clients, collecting and organizing relevant information, case management, other case support work, and cooperating with our attorneys and other staff on different cases. The candidate should demonstrate professional paralegal experience, a passion for legal services and to help clients, good communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, and the ability to work in a team.

Shift:
9:30AM - 5:30PM (Mon - Fri) Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree
  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Professional English proficiency with strong writing skills
  • Chinese communication skills is a plus
  • Passion for legal services, especially business and immigration laws
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Work well in a team environment while having the ability to resolve problems independently
  • Research, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
  • Motivated, organized, well management and detail-oriented
