Successful candidates must have excellent word processing skills and be comfortable using WordPerfect and Microsoft Outlook. They must be well organized, detail-oriented, be able to communicate clearly and be motivated with minimal supervision.

Duties include:

preparing and filing legal pleadings, updating client files, maintaining client contact, time entry and billing, managing appointment calendars, general administrative tasks, and other tasks as requested. This is a part-time, Monday through Friday position (25-30 hours/week), with the possibility of transitioning to full-time. If qualified, please provide your cover letter, resume, and letters of recommendation. Please include your compensation requirements.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
