Education Requirements Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred Paralegal certificate preferred Experience Requirements Previous paralegal experience required High-volume eDiscovery experience required Hands-on experience with Relativity Data Software required Experience reviewing and identifying exempt, confidential, and privileged records Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills Job Duties Conduct high-volume eDiscovery document review and analysis Utilize Relativity Data Software to manage, organize, and review legal records Identify exempt, confidential, and privileged documents Collaborate closely with attorneys on case preparation and legal responses Assist with document production and discovery requests Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the review process Prioritize workloads to meet critical deadlines and project milestones Support legal teams with research and case-related administrative tasks Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
