Description Litigation Paralegal Downtown San Diego | Hybrid (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)

Salary:

$80,000-$110,000 A growing and highly collaborative full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support its busy litigation practice in Downtown San Diego. Why Join This Firm?

+ Direct involvement in case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

+ Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting subpoenas and discovery requests

+ Review, organize, and summarize records, documents, and discovery materials

+ Prepare chronologies, page summaries, litigation binders, and attorney trial materials

+ Track case deadlines, court deadlines, discovery deadlines, and key case milestones

+ Coordinate depositions and assist with deposition preparation

+ Support attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, witness materials, and courtroom logistics

+ Maintain organized case files and ensure litigation documents are accurately managed

+ Provide ongoing litigation support from case inception through trial Preferred Experience

+ Construction litigation experience strongly desired

+ Experience supporting multiple trials is a plus Compensation & Benefits +

Base Salary:

$80,000-$110,000

+ Experience supporting cases from inception through trial

+ Strong discovery management and document review skills
