Working in an adept and team-oriented environment, our paralegals perform challenging and substantive legal work. Immigration. Duties include direct client contact, preparing and filing non-immigrant visa petitions and green card applications. Qualifications and Skills Self-petition Visa's, Employment Visa's, Immigrant and Non-immigrant Consular Processing, I-140, Naturalization's, I-485, PERM labor certifications, handling immigration office administrative process.

The individual should be able to execute the entire application process as well as respond to RFEs.

This position requires consistent communication with clients and the monitoring of caseloads and expiration dates from inception to completion.

Should also be able to manage our internal company immigration database.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be proactive and detail-oriented.

Computer proficient.

The perfect candidate must be a team player, problem solver, self-motivated, able to accomplish tasks in an expedient manner, detail oriented, and have the ability to understand and resolve visa-related issues under attorney supervision; must be resourceful, creative, and have initiative.
