  • $27 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Serving clients Spreadsheets Productivity software Full Job Description Soni is partnering with a global law firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant, or Paralegal to support a high-volume immigration project.
This long-term temporary opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, assisting with employment-based immigration matters while delivering exceptional service to clients and foreign national employees. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and committed to accuracy, efficiency, and meeting critical deadlines in a dynamic professional setting.
Responsibilities:
Support the preparation, review, and filing of employment-based immigration petitions, including document collection, case drafting, quality review, and submission activities. Develop expertise in immigration processes, case types, internal procedures, and client-specific requirements to ensure accurate and efficient case management. Communicate professionally with foreign nationals, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding case status, documentation requirements, and general inquiries. Manage multiple case assignments simultaneously, meet established service level agreements (SLAs), and proactively escalate issues or risks when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Strong client-service orientation with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of productivity. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn and navigate case management systems quickly. Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation:
$24
  • 27/ Hour Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
