Qualifications and Requirement:
Must be able write and speak in Spanish and English fluently. Must be comfortable communicating with clients, court personnel, and government officials. Will assist in in-person translations during USCIS interview from time to time Must be familiar with immigration forms and procedures Must have the knowledge and experience in preparation and completion of court filings and filing petitions such as FOIAs, I -130s, U-Visas, I-485, I-601 Waivers, Citizenship, AOS, etc Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, friendly, able to work with clients, a team player, problem solver and solution oriented. Must have a sense of urgency and ability to take initiative.
Proficient computer skills:
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet, etc Immigration law: 3 year (Required)
Paralegal:
3 year (Required) Spanish (Required)
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work independently Ability to work under strict legal deadlines. Strong organizational skills, and ability to manage Must be able write and speak in Spanish and English fluently. Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certification (preferred) Compensation is commensurate with experience.
