This is an opportunity to work on meaningful cases involving vulnerable elderly individuals and their families while supporting attorneys in the pursuit of justice and maximum recovery for clients.

What You'll Do:

Support attorneys through all phases of elder abuse litigation, from intake through trial Draft and review pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and demand packages Prepare exhibit binders, mediation materials, and trial notebooks Communicate regularly with clients to gather case updates and supporting documentation Review and summarize medical records, facility records, deposition transcripts, and discovery responses Coordinate with medical providers, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel Assist with trial prep, including witness lists, exhibit management, and courtroom logistics Manage litigation calendars and ensure compliance with court deadlines

What You Bring:

3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in elder abuse, medical negligence, wrongful death, or personal injury Strong calendaring and case management experience Familiarity with California court procedures, filing deadlines, and e-filing platforms Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Bilingual Spanish is a plus
