Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts. Strong Word skills to prepare documents for court, including TOA and TOC. Assist attorneys in preparing discovery documents and formatting documents. Managing litigation deadlines and calendaring, with understanding of deadlines. Inputting and tracking calendar entries in deadline management software and Outlook. Coordinate with attorneys' services and overnight couriers to file and serve documents. Assist with document management and file organization, and e-filing documents. Assist attorneys and staff with daily administrative tasks.
Position Requirements:
4 years' litigation experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be a self-starter who is well organized and can handle multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize work.
