This is a full-time position with an ASAP start date. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation, including case management, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, trial preparation, filing, service, and resolution. Key Responsibilities Maintain litigation calendars and calculate statutory, court, and discovery deadlines. Monitor court dockets and case activity and communicate upcoming deadlines and hearings to attorneys. Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and litigation documents. Draft discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. Manage document review, organization, and production. Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Prepare exhibits, deposition binders, and trial materials. File and serve documents in state and federal courts. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and other parties. Provide case management and general litigation support. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of civil litigation paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures. Demonstrated litigation calendaring, docketing, and deadline-management experience. Strong discovery experience. Experience with pleadings, motions, electronic filing, and service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines. Strong initiative, work ethic, professionalism, and follow-through. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Compliance with applicable California paralegal requirements. Technology Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Professional is required. Experience with Clio practice management software is a plus. Familiarity with legal case management software, litigation technology, and Judicial Council forms is preferred.
