2977291177-2 Apply for this job now Job Description American Honda Motor Co., Inc. seeks a Senior Paralegal to provide high-level legal support across our U.S. manufacturing and mobility operations. In this role, you will draft and review contracts, support compliance and regulatory initiatives, assist with litigation and e-discovery, and maintain efficient legal processes and records. You will partner closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams to manage risk, support business strategies, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on quality, safety, and respect for individuals. Responsibilities Provide advanced paralegal support for manufacturing, commercial, and regulatory matters Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and corporate documents Conduct legal and factual research related to automotive and manufacturing operations Support compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations Assist with litigation management, discovery, and document production Maintain legal files, contract databases, and matter tracking systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation and policy implementation Support outside counsel coordination and invoice management Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for attorneys and leadership Contribute to process improvements and standardization of legal workflows Required Skills Contract drafting and review Legal research (statutes, regulations, case law) Litigation support and e-discovery Regulatory and compliance support Corporate governance documentation Document and matter management systems Microsoft Office and legal software tools Risk assessment and issue spotting Written and verbal legal communication Cross-functional collaboration
