Nadya Lambert Attorney at Law seeks a Legal Receptionist. This position is a part-time, onsite position Monday-Friday.

Job Title:
Legal Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Summary Nadya Lambert Attorney at Law LLC is a small estate planning law firm. We help families plan for incapacity and death, as well as helping families that have lost loved ones navigate the complexities of estate administration. Are clients range from young adults just starting out to elderly individuals. The Legal Receptionist is responsible for answer phones, schedule clients, and attend to clients that come into our office. Additionally, they will be required to have or obtained a Colorado Notary License. The Legal Receptionist is the first person our clients speak to on the phone and the first to greet clients when they come in.
Position Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and return missed calls Schedule clients for appointments. Collect client information Create client folders Assist with document management, file organization, e-filing documents, and media downloads/uploads. (Scanning, copying, and saving of documents) Assist attorneys and staff with daily administrative tasks. Greet clients and guests in a professional manner. Processing of daily incoming and outgoing mail. Processing of invoices and maintaining of invoice matrix.
Position Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent Proficient in MS Office (specifically, MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook Email/Calendar). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in fast paced environment while paying close attention to detail. Must be a self-starter who is well organized and can handle multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize work. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Must be reliable and responsible. Experience dealing with the public. US work authorization Must be flexible and open-minded. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer, photocopier, and scanner. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work 10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday with exceptional attendance.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Some college courses Prior administrative experience in a similar role Law Firm Experience (highly preferred) Colorado Notary You must be willing to complete a background check and drug test.
Pay:
$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
