Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and briefs for court filings. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy. Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and tracking documents. Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances. Draft correspondence and demand letters and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Intake prospective clients and open files. Review medical records. File pleadings.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of legal research and drafting legal documents. Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Previous legal experience.
