Personal Injury Paralegal

About the Role A well-established personal injury law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with extensive plaintiff-side personal injury experience. This is a full-time, in-office role offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and the chance to be a key part of complex cases from intake through trial. Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases through all phases of litigation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Prepare medical summaries, deposition digests, and trial notebooks Coordinate with clients, experts, court staff, and opposing counsel Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines Support attorneys in trial preparation and in-court proceedings Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong background in plaintiff-side personal injury Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently
