Personal Injury Paralegal

Pre-Litigation Paralegals play a crucial role in supporting attorneys, clients, and team members. This role focuses on managing pre-litigation cases, primarily from the treatment phase through the demand stage.

Responsibilities:

Provide proactive assistance to injured clients Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to collect important case details Obtain, review, and evaluate medical records to prepare for the demand and negotiation phases Partner with and offer support to the assigned attorney Keep both digital and physical case files organized

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience as a personal injury paralegal Spanish Bilingual abilities are

REQUIRED

Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

MUST DRESS IN BUSINESS CASUAL ATTIRE DAILY
