We're looking for a Legal Assistant who wants their organizational skills to matter. This isn't paperwork for its own sake. The documents you prepare, the exhibits you organize, and the calls you take are what keep a client's case on track at a moment when they need it most. What you'll do Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, gathering the information their cases depend on Partner with attorneys on trial preparation — organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and sitting in on client meetings Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence, including interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, briefs, and affidavits Keep our office running smoothly, from drafting subpoenas to coordinating with process servers Maintain the filing systems and administrative rhythms that let our attorneys focus on their cases Travel to courts and attorney offices across Colorado as needed What you bring 3+ years of legal support experience in a law firm or under an attorney's supervision Sharp written and verbal communication skills Genuine strength in organization and time management — you're the person who catches what others miss Spanish fluency preferred; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply What we offer $23
