Corporate Legal Assistant at Adams & Martin Group Corporate Legal Assistant at Adams & Martin Group in Greenwood Village, Colorado Posted in 3 days ago. $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year We've been engaged by a boutique law firm to identify a Corporate Legal Assistant to support attorneys in their Corporate Law practice. Full benefits! 2-5 years of experience Prepare, format, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, agreements, and corporate records. Assist with the formation, dissolution, merger, and maintenance of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations. Prepare and file organizational documents with state agencies and regulatory authorities. Maintain corporate minute books, stock ledgers, ownership records, and other governance documents. Assist attorneys with due diligence reviews and transaction closing processes. Coordinate document execution and manage signature collection using electronic and traditional methods. Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files. Administrative Support Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, conference calls, and client appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports when required. Monitor deadlines and maintain tickler systems for corporate filings and compliance requirements. Draft routine correspondence and communicate professionally with clients, government agencies, and third parties. Assist with time entry, billing, and expense tracking.
