Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a Legal Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our litigation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a key contributor in a small, hardworking, and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play an integral role in keeping cases organized, managing deadlines, coordinating litigation activities, and supporting attorneys and paralegals throughout the life of a case. This is a full-time, fully in-person position based in our Littleton, Colorado office. Key Responsibilities Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial-related events. Manage attorney calendars and litigation deadlines. Prepare, organize, and distribute pleadings, exhibits, discovery materials, expert reports, and deposition transcripts. Assist with electronic court filings and monitor court notices and filing status. Maintain case files and document management systems. Coordinate communications among attorneys, clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel. Support trial preparation, including exhibit and witness coordination. Schedule meetings and assist with case team collaboration. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of legal assistant experience in litigation. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and document management systems. Proficiency with the Colorado Courts E-Filing system and PACER. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
