Compensation:
$39,500 - $52,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and communicate with clients, providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members Review and follow up on medical records, bills, and itemized statements Assist attorneys and paralegals in gathering and organizing evidence needed to support clients' cases Help ensure all case files are current, complete, and ready for the next stage of demand, litigation, or settlement
Qualifications:
Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple tasks Bilingual (Spanish/English) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word documents, Excel, and other Microsoft products About Company Matos Personal Injury Lawyers is a bilingual personal injury firm in Lakewood, CO, founded by attorney Lisandra Matos.
