Assist with various corporate governance matters, including preparing and maintaining public company policies and corporate governance website Collaborate on a wide range of matters for the Board of Directors, including meeting preparation, agenda and materials drafting, preparing meeting materials for electronic distribution, director compensation and director orientation Assist with the Insider Trading Program compliance including providing stock trading clearances Prepare SEC Section 16 insider trading filings Draft certain SEC filings on Form 8-K and collaborate on preparing certain sections of other SEC filings such as Form 10-K and 10-Q Prepare key sections of the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) proxy statement and draft director and officer questionnaires and AGM documents Supported as needed general corporate matters such as subsidiary maintenance, drafting secretary certificates, and other certificates Requirements for the

Compensation Pay:

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
