Our clients are often injured, out of work, and worried — the right person for this job is someone who can put them at ease, keep them informed, and make them feel taken care of from intake through resolution. That's the skill we can't teach. The rest we can. What you'll do: Serve as the primary point of contact for a high volume of clients, by phone and in person Manage files from intake through resolution, keeping cases moving and deadlines met Gather medical records, employment documentation, and other case materials Draft and proofread correspondence and case documents Coordinate with attorneys, adjusters, medical providers, and state agencies Follow up relentlessly so nothing falls through the cracks What we're looking for: Warmth, patience, and real interpersonal skill — you're comfortable with difficult conversations and people who are having a hard day Strong written and verbal communication, and sharp proofreading Exceptional organization and the ability to prioritize across many active files A self-starter who works well independently under time-sensitive deadlines Comfort with Microsoft Office; Filevine experience a strong plus Paralegal certificate or prior workers' compensation / personal injury experience is welcome, but we will train an exceptional applicant or recent college graduate Please send your cover letter, resume, and salary requirements.
