Responsibilities include handling real estate files from pre-contract stage through post-closing. The candidate must be able to prepare HUD-1 settlement statements and Closing Disclosures, title policies, closing packages, deeds and other real estate documents. The candidate must also be able to interact with clients, real estate agents and mortgage lenders. Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus. Flexible start date; applicant will be replacing a retiring paralegal.
MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL EXPERIENCE.
