Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a detail‑oriented Real Estate Paralegal to support our team with transactions, land‑use matters, and property management issues. You'll help prepare documents, coordinate with outside parties, manage deadlines, and assist with research and litigation tasks. This role is fast‑paced, client‑focused, and ideal for someone who thrives on organization and accuracy. Duties Draft, review, and organize real estate documents (agreements, leases, title work, closing statements). Conduct legal research on property law, zoning, environmental rules, UCC issues, and tribal regulations. Coordinate with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and clients to keep transactions moving. Track deadlines and deliverables for real estate projects and land‑use matters. Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and reports; proofread for accuracy. Interview clients or witnesses to gather case or transaction information. Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal procedures. Assist with litigation support, including discovery and document review.
Provide administrative support:
scheduling, calendar management, agendas, and document organization. Requirements Experience handling real estate closings, balancing CD/HUD/ALTAs Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with legal writing and drafting skills. Experience handling confidential information responsibly within a legal setting. Ability to perform detailed legal research across various practice areas Strong administrative skills including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, proofreading, and document management system operation. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
