We're a growing, client-focused personal injury law firm in Connecticut, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is your chance to work alongside top-tier attorneys on meaningful cases—where your skills, voice, and contributions truly matter.
What You'll Do:
  • Managing complex cases which may include catastrophic injuries, fatalities and questionable liability.
  • Draft, review, and file complex legal documents including complaints, motions, subpoenas, and discovery materials.
  • Lead case file management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist attorneys with advanced mediation, arbitration and trial preparation, preparing statements, exhibit organization, and witness coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, and court personnel.
  • Analyze and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and discovery responses.
  • Coordinate and supervise discovery efforts, including document production, interrogatories, and expert disclosures.
  • Track and manage high volume litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial dates.
  • Train and mentor junior paralegals, providing guidance on case workflows, document preparation, and litigation procedures.
  • Develop and refine internal training materials and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Expert knowledge of Connecticut court rules and procedures Exceptional communication and organizational skills A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask like a pro Experience supporting multiple attorneys or working in litigation pods Proficient in medical terminology and personal injury workflows
Bonus Points For:
Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate (Bachelor's preferred) 5+ years of litigation experience in personal injury law Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills Mastery in legal software (FileVine, Clio, Needles, or similar)
