Responsibilities Prepare and revise legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings. Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court filings. Maintain client files and assist with document management. Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties. Enter attorney time and provide administrative support to attorneys. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of legal assistant/paralegal experience. Experience supporting transactional and litigation attorneys. Real Estate experience a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with billing and document management software.
