Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Assist with legal research using platforms such as Westlaw to support case preparation across diverse practice areas like Employment law, travel and hospitality law and our practice representing law enforcement officers. Manage legal case files using document management systems such as Clio and TrialWorks ; ensure accurate filing, data entry, and document review. Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents including contracts, pleadings, memos, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law; summarize findings for attorneys' review. Support litigation processes by organizing case materials, coordinating discovery efforts, and assisting with document review. Maintain professional communication via phone etiquette; respond promptly to inquiries from clients, courts, or external agencies. Support project management tasks by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. Assist with client interviews and onboarding processes when necessary; handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Requirements Proven experience as a paralegal or legal administrative assistant in a fast-paced law office environment. Strong knowledge of multiple practice areas including employment law, travel and hospitality law and our practice representing law enforcement officers Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw; familiarity with document management systems like Clio and TrialWorks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; keen proofreading abilities. Experience with legal case management software and data entry accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high attention to detail. Paralegal certification or relevant legal administrative experience preferred but not required.
