Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team in a strategic and client-facing role , focused on commercial operations, team training, and case supervision . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. immigration processes , including employment-based cases, family-based applications, temporary visas, and humanitarian cases , combined with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. This is not a case execution role . Instead, the position focuses on guiding clients, supporting the sales process, training team members, and overseeing case strategy and workflow . This is an in-office, in-person position only located in Altamonte Springs, Florida . Key Responsibilities Conduct client meetings and consultations to understand case background and explain process flow (non-legal guidance) Support the commercial team by assisting in client qualification and process explanation Train and guide internal teams on immigration processes and documentation requirements Supervise case development and ensure proper organization and workflow across different case types Oversee documentation structure and ensure consistency and quality in case preparation Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficiency and compliance Participate in internal meetings to improve processes, workflows, and team performance Monitor timelines and ensure teams are meeting internal deadlines Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and external attorneys when applicable Qualifications Paralegal certification (required) Proven experience with U.S. immigration processes, including: Employment-based cases (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, etc.) Family-based applications Temporary visas Humanitarian cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, Asylum) Strong understanding of immigration workflows and documentation requirements Fluent Portuguese and English required (written and spoken) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in client-facing roles, team leadership, supervision, or training is highly preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple cases and teams simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Compensation Salary is flexible and will be negotiated according to the candidate's experience, qualifications, and expected contribution to the company's growth.
