This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters while contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced setting. Experience handling medical malpractice defense matters is highly desirable. Responsibilities Manage litigation files from inception through resolution. Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and legal correspondence. Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics. Organize and maintain case files, deadlines, and court calendars.
