  • Full Time Who We Need
  • a Word from the Partner " Our goal is truly world-class representation.
Giving that quality of service doesn't come easily; it only happens when everyone in the firm gives 100% effort to the unique gift they were hired to perform. My gift is to advocate fiercely for my clients. I love to be their voice. Unfortunately, I can't devote most of my energy to that because lawsuits shift a considerable amount of my attention towards calendaring deadlines, routine document filings, and email responses. We need someone who is meticulous, who loves to know each case like the back of their hand, and who abhors stagnation. That person will take us to the next level. We hope that person is you. "

•. About Our Firm Sanchez & Brown, P.A. is a plaintiff personal injury firm serving clients throughout Central Florida. We are a small, close-knit team that takes our work seriously — and we treat every client like they matter, because they do. We work hard, we hold ourselves to a high standard, and we love what we do. Working together in close quarters every day, we truly are a family, too. We love to celebrate each other's birthdays, anniversaries, personal milestones, and achievements. We love to celebrate life itself. About the Role This is a dedicated paralegal role — you will be the right hand to both of our attorneys, responsible for keeping their lawsuits organized, moving, and progressing at every stage. This isn't a "sit and wait for instructions" position. We're looking for someone who can learn our processes, internalize them, and then own them — someone who notices when something is due, flags it, and handles it before they're asked. We will fully train you. What we can't train is drive, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. What you'll do Serve as the dedicated litigation paralegal to Attorneys Carlos Sanchez & Daniel Brown. Track and manage lawsuit deadlines and follow-up items across an active caseload. Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel as directed. Draft pleadings, notices, motions, and other legal documents under attorney supervision. Request, organize, and review medical records and bills. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and file documentation. Proactively identify next steps at each stage of a case and move things forward without being prompted. Support general office operations and contribute to a professional, positive work environment. Answer the office phone as a backup, if the receptionist is on another call or otherwise unavailable. What we're looking for Attention to detail above all else — you take pride in delivering clean, accurate work product the first time. Proactive by nature — you don't wait to be told something is falling behind. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized and reliable. Prior experience as a litigation paralegal or under a similar role, preferably in Florida personal injury law. Positive attitude and genuine investment in team culture — we are a small office and how we treat each other matters. Comfortable with computers and general office software.
