Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to handle a large case load on their own with little supervision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: doing intakes with new clients, opening up files, preparing files for demand, requesting medical records and bills, calling clients regarding status and treatment, requesting health insurance liens and pip logs, verifying balances, scheduling PIP recorded statements and EUO's. Position is available immediately. At least 1 year of experience in personal injury law is preferred. Professional appearance is required as you will be meeting with clients in person.
