Client Intake & Telephone Communication:
Serve as the primary, empathetic phone contact for our clients, guiding them through their treatment phases and gathering case details.
Medical Billing & Records Management:
Leverage your medical billing background to request, track, and audit medical bills, health insurance ledgers, statutory liens, and balance verifications.
Accurate Filing:
Systematic indexing and filing of digital and physical legal documents, medical charts, and official accident reports.
Case Tracking:
Utilize Excel spreadsheets and specialized legal software to maintain accurate case data, ensuring files are perfectly organized for the demand package.
What We Are Looking For Medical Billing Experience:
Mandatory baseline knowledge of healthcare billing, insurance ledgers, or medical terminology.
Excel Proficiency:
Comfort navigating spreadsheets, managing data rows, and utilizing basic functions to track client accounts.
Excellent Telephone Skills:
Highly professional, warm, and confident phone demeanor for communicating with clients, medical providers, and auto insurance adjusters.
Strong Filing Habits:
