This position focuses on scanning, organizing, uploading, and physically filing sensitive customer documentation. Euclid File Solutions will also pay the costs for the selected employee to obtain their Florida Notary Public commission . Once commissioned, the employee will perform authorized in-office notarizations as part of their regular responsibilities.

Work Schedule:
Each scheduled day consists of: 2.5 hours of work 30-minute unpaid meal break 2.5 additional hours of work Employees will be on-site for 5.5 hours each scheduled day and paid for five working hours. The employee may select a starting time between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. during the hiring process. Once the schedule is established, consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to the agreed working hours and break period will be required. Responsibilities Scan physical customer documents clearly and accurately Upload documents to the correct Microsoft OneDrive folders Apply established file-naming and document-organization procedures Review scanned documents for completeness, readability, and accuracy Organize and maintain physical filing cabinets Retrieve documents when requested Communicate with coworkers through Microsoft Teams channels, calls, and chat Report missing, damaged, duplicated, or incorrectly filed documents Maintain strict confidentiality when handling customer information Keep the scanning station and filing areas clean and organized Follow all document-handling, information-security, and office procedures Complete the required training and application process to become a commissioned Florida Notary Public Once commissioned, perform authorized in-office notarizations in compliance with Florida law and company procedures Maintain accurate notarial records and safeguard all notary supplies Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Basic computer proficiency Experience using Microsoft Teams for channels, calls, and chat communication, or equivalent experience with another workplace communication platform Experience scanning, uploading, and organizing documents Ability to follow written procedures consistently Ability to work independently without constant supervision Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information Ability to lift and move file boxes weighing up to 25 pounds Authorization to work in the United States Ability to satisfy Florida's eligibility requirements for appointment as a Notary Public Willingness to complete a background check Preferred Qualifications Previous office clerk, file clerk, records, or administrative experience Experience using Microsoft OneDrive Experience maintaining electronic and physical filing systems Familiarity with document-naming and quality-control procedures An existing Florida Notary Public commission is helpful but not required Professional Standards Employees must maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance appropriate for an office environment.
