A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Overview The Paralegal will support real estate operations, legal compliance, and corporate governance. Day to
Day Experience:
Senior Level Salary:
$75,000 - $85,000 per year Job Details -
Responsibilities:
1. Draft and update lease agreements and amendments using company templates. 2. Maintain a centralized repository of executed leases, amendments, and legal documents. 3. Coordinate placement of property and entity-level insurance policies. 4. Track insurance coverage, COIs, and renewal timelines for all tenants and vendors. 5. Draft, review, and track access agreements for vendors, tenants, and third parties. 6. Coordinate formation of new entities and maintain corporate records and compliance calendars. 7. Support litigation and eviction processes by coordinating with counsel and maintaining case files. 8. Review and abstract vendor and service contracts for key terms and risk provisions. 9. Assist with legal due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions. 10. Provide in-house notary services and file documents with state and local agencies. 11. Maintain a master calendar of legal and regulatory deadlines. 12. Organize legal documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents. 13. Conduct due diligence including title searches, zoning checks, and lien reviews. 14. Coordinate closings and ensure proper execution and filing of documents. 15. Communicate with title companies, lenders, brokers, and outside counsel to facilitate transactions.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years Paralegal experience Real Estate experience Understanding of lease structures & insurance requirements Understanding of entity management Document management software experience
