Prepare the deed-in-lieu documents and affidavits and manage the documentation, negotiation, and communication involved in a deed in lieu of foreclosure transaction. Reviewing title commitment, clearing requirements on the title commitment. Obtaining payoffs and statements from Homeowners Association, municipalities and lienholders. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Demonstrated analytical ability, independent judgment, initiative, and self-management Excellent verbal and written English language skills Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers Title review and title clearance, Identify Lien Priority based on title searches, Consult clients on Title and Conveyance search findings to process Deed in Lieu. Education/Experience:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
AS degree Experience with client systems including Black Knight, Tempo and CaseAware, 2 to 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, default servicing, or post-foreclosure operations At least one year of legal experience and knowledge of the foreclosure process. Excellent attention to detail and ability to think and act with little supervision. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize caseload. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must have basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
