Spanish & English (Bilingual required) Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Immigration Paralegal to support our legal team in handling a variety of immigration matters, including cases before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and the NVC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing immigration cases, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal ( REQUIRED ) USCIS (family petitions, adjustment of status, work permits, etc.) EOIR (removal proceedings, filings, court procedures) ICE (detention, check-ins, enforcement-related matters) NVC (consular processing and document qualification) Experience preparing and filing immigration forms (e.g., I-130, I-485, I-589, I-765, DS-260, etc.) Familiarity with: Immigration case management systems; Client intake processes; Supporting documentation and evidence organization Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Docketwise, ECAS, and PACER docket systems (Preferred) Fluent in both English and Spanish ( REQUIRED ) Certificate in Paralegal Studies or degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies preferred Responsibilities Assist attorneys with immigration cases from intake through resolution Prepare and file applications and petitions with USCIS, EOIR, NVC, and other relevant agencies Communicate with clients regarding case updates, documentation, and requirements Draft legal documents, affidavits, declarations, and correspondence Gather and organize supporting evidence for filings Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely submissions Follow up on case status with government agencies, including ICE when applicable Maintain accurate and updated case files Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to move cases forward efficiently How to apply Please email your resume and cover letter to:
