You are:

A bilingual (Eng/Span) Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury

LITIGATION

experience A true client advocate who makes sure every client feels heard, informed, and in good hands Someone who wants to be part of something exceptional, not just punch a clock Required experience: Drafting discovery in Plaintiff Personal Injury cases Drafting pleadings Scheduling hearings, depositions Assisting attorneys with preparation for depositions, mediations, and hearings Exceptional client communication skills Proficiency in case management software (Smokeball experience is a serious plus) Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Highly organized: Documents are named properly, case information is kept up to date

Education:
