Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle residential and commercial closings from intake through final title policy Review and approve settlement statements, closing disclosures, and loan documents Clear title requirements and resolve liens, judgments, and title defects Coordinate funding and execute accurate disbursement of funds Ensure timely recording of legal documents Issue final title policies once all requirements are met Analyze title searches and public records for accuracy and risk Review surveys, legal descriptions, and plats Communicate with realtors, lenders, attorneys, and clients throughout the transaction Work closely with processors, including remote teams, to maintain workflow efficiency Prepare title abstracts and title opinions when required
Qualifications:
