This position joins an innovative and collaborative team focused on providing the highest quality of support to the firm's attorneys. Successful candidates must have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel, strong proof reading skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as a team player with co-workers and clients. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to problem solve and communicate with all levels of personnel and clients, and the flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
Maintain attorneys' calendars. Scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, meeting, and phone conferences. Coordinating with judges, opposing counsel, clients, mediators, vendors, and other legal positions in case. E-Filing via E-Portal, E-Courtesy, and E-Service to opposing counsel. Bills clients/ ensures billing requirements are met. Ensuring deadlines are met. Calendaring deadlines, hearings, depositions, and mediations. Other administrative tasks as requested by the unit's paralegals and attorneys. Scans incoming mail and attaches it to electronic files. Input changes into documents, as requested.
