Candidate Requirements Experience:
A minimum of 2+ years of legal experience within Litigation is required.Specialization:
Previous Insurance Defense experience is strongly preferred.Technical Proficiency:
Advanced computer skills and comfort with legal software and e-filing portals.Organizational Skills:
Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage time-sensitive workloads independently.Professionalism:

Proactive Calendar Management:
Mastering attorney schedules to ensure all deadlines are met without a hitch.Litigation Support:
Coordinating and scheduling depositions, mediations, and hearings, often involving multiple parties and expert witnesses.Document Production:
Preparing and formatting legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses specific to insurance defense.Court Filings:
Managing electronic filings (e-filing) in both Florida State and Federal Courts.Communication Hub:
Serving as a professional point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and claims adjusters.
