SEEKING BILINGUAL
(SPANISH)
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Seeking an energetic individual for fast-paced small law firm practicing in family, immigration and criminal Law.
Applicants should have following traits:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Must be a people person: social, friendly, and patient Must be highly motivated and quick thinker Must be energetic and work in a fast-paced environment. Job duties will include (but not limited to): Prepare and draft motions, pleadings, judgments, and other correspondence Schedule appointments, court appearances, and mediation/deposition hearings. Track deadlines for responses to petitions/counter petitions and discovery requests. Prepare trial notebooks and providing assistance in trial settings Prepare and reviews discovery packages Maintains effective communication with clients Provide assistance and support to the Receptionist when needed $20 & up per hour based on experience
