The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing and formatting legal documents, filing, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth case workflows. Duties Manage case files using hard file and on-line document management systems; ensure all files are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Conduct thorough document review and data entry. Support client communication, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and handling inquiries professionally. Assist with procedural law compliance by preparing filings for courts or agencies in various jurisdictions; ensure deadlines are met consistently. Support attorneys with administrative tasks such as filing court documents, data entry. Assist with scheduling hearings, mediations, depositions. Coordinate project management tasks related to estate planning, probate, litigation matters as needed. Skills Experience in diverse legal areas including estate planning, probate, litigation matters. Proficiency in legal case management software such as Clio; excellent document review and organization skills. Strong understanding of procedural laws across different jurisdictions; ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience with document processing programs; keen proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy. Effective client communication skills; professional phone etiquette and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Experience supporting attorneys with administrative tasks such as filing court documents, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining legal records.
Pay:
$24.69 - $29.73 per hour
