We are looking for a self-motivated Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Please be advised this is an on-site position. Responsibilities Conduct research to support legal proceedings Handle communication with clients, witnesses, adjusters, medical personnel, etc. Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories, and client testimony Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes Locate and develop relevant case information Acquiring records and documents from providers Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence to clients, adjusters, medical personnel, attorneys, etc. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Record and store client information Draft demand letters Monitor deadlines Skills Proven work experience as a paralegal (Required) Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and the court system (Required) Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office (Preferred) Computer literacy (Required) Proficiency in English (Required) Excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required) Deadline and detail-oriented
