Said candidate is preferred to be
BILINGUAL
(English/Spanish) Prior Family Law Experience is REQUIRED and candidates with no prior family law experience will not be considered. Any applications received with no family law background or experience will be rejected.
Duties include:
Answering Phones; Direct client interaction; Calendaring/Scheduling; Filing and Managing Electronic Case Files; Scanning, photocopying, and faxing documents; Collecting, organizing and administering discovery; Preparing for hearings and other court events; Draft pleadings and other documents; Eager to accept new tasks as delegated by attorneys that may not be listed within this job description (We want you to grow within the Firm!); Family Law Experience required; Florida Notary Public a plus; Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus; Experience with state courts and e-Filing systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be personable; and would be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Mac OS.
