Business Immigration Paralegal (In-Person)

Range, $52,000 - $60,000

Italian Strongly Preferred/ Spanish Required Join a boutique immigration practice managing business cases (E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-1/2/3) naturalization and select family matters. You will take full ownership of client intake, petition drafting, and file management alongside the principal attorney—no micro-management, no "assembly line" caseloads, non-burnout caseload. What We're Looking For 3+ years of dedicated business immigration experience. Strong experience drafting PERM, E-visa, or O-1 filings and RFE responses.
