PARALEGALAbout the OpportunityA well-established and growing Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal / Special Projects Paralegal to support a sophisticated and diverse caseload. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with firm leadership and senior attorneys on complex matters involving civil litigation, real estate disputes, foreclosure actions, title matters, probate-related issues, and other specialized legal projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation SupportDraft, review, and prepare litigation documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, notices, subpoenas, and related filings.

Assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case initiation through trial preparation.

Case ManagementMaintain and organize case files, evidence, correspondence, and critical case documents.

Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of all litigation-related tasks.

Real Estate & Special ProjectsSupport matters involving real estate litigation, foreclosure proceedings, title disputes, probate-related issues, and other complex legal matters.

Assist attorneys with special projects requiring detailed analysis and document management.

Legal ResearchConduct legal research and prepare summaries, memoranda, and supporting materials to aid case strategy and development.

Qualifications5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (8+ preferred)Strong civil litigation backgroundReal estate litigation experience preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsExperience with case management software such as Filevine is a plusBenefitsHealth, dental, vision insurancePTORetirement plan
