Job Description

McLaughlin & Stern, PLLC, a well-established and growing Naples law firm, is seeking experienced full-time Paralegals to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of paralegal experience. Experience in litigation, family law, real estate, and/or estate planning is preferred; however, experience in any of these areas will be considered. Salary is commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, legal documents, and correspondence E-filing pleadings with the court and submitting proposed orders Coordinating service of legal documents Maintaining attorney calendars and case files Scheduling appointments, court appearances, mediations, depositions, and hearings Preparing trial notebooks and assisting attorneys in trial settings Preparing and reviewing discovery packages, including disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories, and requests for production Assisting with the preparation and drafting of estate planning documents Assisting with real estate closings Performing other administrative and legal support duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate will be: Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented and deadline-driven A strong written and verbal communicator Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately
Pay:
$52,707.19 - $63,475.33 per year
