Job Description

Estate Planning & Trust Paralegal Growing New Port Richey Law Firm specializing in Real Estate, Probate, Trusts and Estates, is seeking a Estate Planning & Paralegal for full-time hire. Strong understanding of Trusts, Last Wills and Testaments, as well as Advanced Directives. Qualified candidates will have at least 1-3 years in estate planning, to include case management, file preparation from opening to closure, client contact, drafting documents, scheduling, and participation in signings under the supervision of multiple attorneys. Qualified candidates should understand Trusts, Last Wills and Testaments, as well as Advanced Directives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency in estate planning software and tools, good organizational skills, computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a team player attitude with a good work ethic and be deadline conscious. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday's 8:30-4pm. Salary is based on previous experience and education. A generous benefit package inclusive of participation in 401k, health benefits and vacation available. Business Casual attire required. 90-day probationary period with benefits eligibility after 30 days.

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
