Duties:
Assist attorneys with case preparation, including document review, and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Manage case files using document management systems like cloud services and Microsoft Office to ensure accurate and organized records. Communications with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders to gather essential case information for both pre-suit and litigation cases. Support various practice areas including personal injury law, estate planning, criminal defense, traffic law, and general civil litigation. Perform legal research utilizing Westlaw to assist in case strategy development. Coordinate project management tasks related to ongoing cases to ensure deadlines are met efficiently. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism while maintaining compliance with procedural laws and firm policies.
Requesting all Pre-litigation documents:
police reports, medical records, and bills, insurance information, etc. Regular and timely communication with clients, insurance companies, other law firms, and medical providers.
Required Qualifications:
Paralegal and/or case management experience with a strong background in legal support functions across multiple practice areas. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration. Knowledge of procedural law and familiarity with civil litigation support processes. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document drafting and data entry. Attention to detail in proofreading, document review, and legal drafting tasks. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining professionalism at all times. Experience supporting attorneys in various practice areas such as personal injury law, estate planning, criminal defense, traffic law, and general civil litigation. Able to answer phone calls and schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, etc. Able to proficiently organize case files and properly file cases in alphabetical order. Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented. Able to work at a fast pace with a heavy case volume. Prepare demands and closing statements. Able to problem solve when the situation calls for it. Commitment to providing smart, friendly, quality service to our clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
